We accept Paypal payments, bank payments and credit card payments. Payment instructions are provided at checkout under the ‘Your Order’ option. You can select a payment option at this stage.
Paypal payments: Select the Paypal payment option to pay for the stargazing gift box using your paypal account, or by a credit card or debit card if you don't have a Paypal account. The gift box will be dispatched within 24 – 48 hours of payment receipt.
Bank Payments: Follow the instructions provided at the order page. Our bank details are provided once your order is placed, and also in a order confirmation email sent to your selected email address. Once we’ve received your payment we’ll dispatch the stargazing gift box to you, normally within 24-48 hours.
Credit card payments: All major credit cards are accepted. We process all credit card transactions through the Paypal payment gateway. Please select paypal as your payment method then select 'pay by credit card'.
Your stargazing experience gift box will be dispatched within 24 – 48 hours of cleared funds. It’ll be posted to you by first class Royal Mail. The gift box will be packaged inside a padded envelope, and is slim enough to be posted through a standard sized letter box.
If, for whatever reason, you wish to return the stargazing experience gift box and voucher, you can do so for a full refund if returned within 14 days of receipt. You will need to bear the cost of return postage.
